Land east of High Beech Lane, Lindfield

Site Plan

Reside achieved a planning permission on this site in Lindfield, Mid Sussex in 2017.  The scheme was for 46 homes, including 1-5-bedroom properties and comprising 30% affordable homes. The scheme includes a children’s play area and is designed in a well-landscaped setting.  New pedestrian, cycle and vehicular accesses were delivered, where the vehicular access is set within a new landscaped park.


The scheme was approved locally, where it was recommended for approval by officers and approved by committee.

The Brickworks, Sayers Common

Reside achieved a planning permission for 38 homes at the Brickworks, Sayers Common in 2022.  The site was an allocated site in the Mid Sussex DPD.


The scheme comprised 30% affordable housing, a mix of two, three and four-bedroom homes and two self/custom build plots. The scheme was approved locally, where it was recommended for approval by officers and approved by committee.
